Your Teulu
“Teulu” (pronounced Te-u-lu) is the Welsh word for family, family unit, clan, or household.
With this in mind, the Teulu web app was developed as the digital hub for the whole family. The goal: making the collection, management, and sharing of important data as easy as possible.

Having all important documents in one place provides a great overview. Whether on a business trip overseas, on vacation with the kids, or across family boundaries – nothing can get lost, everything is securely stored and always at hand.

Contracts and deadlines expire, and legal requirements change. If you don't want to keep track of everything yourself, you'll benefit from practical features. Teulu knows all requirements for important documents and reminds you automatically when action is needed.

Creating order
Your most important life documents often already exist digitally – and just as often in different places. Many are still buried in folders full of receipts and contracts. They need to be collected once and captured digitally, so they can be stored securely and clearly in your digital hub in the future. It’s quite simple:
- Scan or photograph documents or download from other digital sources
- Create a PDF file (if not done automatically)
- Upload the PDF to Teulu
Security and privacy are our top priority
Teulu was designed so that you retain sovereignty over your data.
Both communication and data storage are encrypted. No one other than yourself has access to the documents, unless you explicitly grant permission. Teulu servers are located in Germany and meet the highest security standards.
Only you and previously authorized persons can access the contents of your digital hub. This access for e.g. your partner, your children, friends, or your lawyer can be adjusted or revoked at any time.
The requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union are consistently adhered to.
